Refund Policy

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you've paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You retain access through the end of the annual period.

Exceptions — We Will Refund

  • Duplicate charges caused by our billing system
  • Charges made after a documented cancellation request
  • Extended service outages (>24 hours of unavailability in a billing period) — prorated credit applied
  • Material feature removal that we did not disclose before your renewal

No Refund Situations

  • Accounts suspended for Acceptable Use Policy violations
  • Unused scan quota within a billing period
  • Partial month or partial year cancellations (outside 14-day annual window)
  • "I forgot to cancel" — we recommend setting a calendar reminder

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. No phone calls, no cancellation fees, no dark patterns. If you can't find it, email us and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours.
